Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk: You can use any milk of your choice (dairy or non-dairy).
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon of salt until well combined.
